  • Develop comprehensive leasing and sales strategies for each property type.
  • Tailor marketing approaches to attract tenants and buyers specific to administrative, medical, and retail sectors.


Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends and demand for commercial properties in various sectors.
  • Analyze competitor offerings to position our properties competitively.


Transaction Management:

  • Lead negotiations for lease and sale agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Oversee the transaction process, including documentation and legal compliance.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, to streamline the sales and leasing process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
