Job Description

 Job Role: 

  • Responsible for building the commercialization infrastructure to drive market adoption of the company’s solutions, being responsible for revenue growth within the organization.
  • Report to the CEO as an executive-level position responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through marketing, sales and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.

 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth.
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Departments.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects.
  • Determine annual unit & gross – profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports & provide strategic recommendations based on data & market trends.
  • Identifies, qualifies and creates new commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
  • Designing and implementing new sales and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.
  • Maintain and enhance staff performance by selecting, orienting & training . As well as counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, coaching and appraising departments’ job results.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting to senior management.
  • Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires staff members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Monitor competitor projects, sales and marketing activities.
  • Report important operational issues to CEO by proposing & providing different solutions.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Any relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • 15+ years of experience in Real estate.
  • Fluent English and excellent command of MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to delegate, supervise & follow-up.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects & working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
